Heated Seat Cushions for Sports Fans

heated seatsIt's the start of the season. You want to get out there and support your team, but you're not looking forward to shivering on a frozen bench seat for an hour and a half. Once that coldness sets in, your enjoyment and enthusiasm for the event slips away. But now you can easily keep warm with the help of a Kozeee heated seat cushion. Its fully rechargeable internal battery gives 2-3 hours of comfortable warmth - enough time to watch the match AND keep warm while you're waiting for the train home.

Building a better customer relationship

better customer relationships In most businesses the vast majority of Sales resources are used to acquire new customers. It’s obvious, the business needs to grow revenue and profit so they have to invest to get more customers. The issue is that not enough attention is given to retaining existing customers. Those existing customers often just slip away without the company really knowing why. Then the company has to work even harder to get even more new customers. Surely not a good situation.

Good morning <07 Name>

What have you been up to this summer? The days just pass quicker and quicker. Something to do with a “time on the planet” formula apparently! Whatever the reason, make sure you enjoy your time while you’ve got it... although you could always save it up and enjoy the next one!!

After we’ve had a few days off I tend to get that back to school nervous feeling and sometimes this can last for a few days before I’m in the swing of things. This time it lasted a matter of hours! Hurrah!! And I put that down to the love of a great woman and a spot of growing up!

Usually I set myself an agenda that has a bunch of boxes that need ticking. I rarely achieve all of them as goalposts move and unless you can focus on all the boxes at the same time then something has got to give.

This new term I have elected to have just 2 new missions. I’ll keep the current plates spinning and put my spare energy in two directions. One will be around the Christmas theme and the other will hit a vertical market. Both give us many potential clients and so awareness of our expertise will be key to the missions. This will be achieved by us practising what we preach and getting our projects flying high on t’Internet. All will be revealed when Ant has put the designs together... watch this space.

If you’re unsure how to go about setting your own business plans then it would make sense to start here and complete our survey. It literally takes 5 minutes... any longer and I’d go to sleep! The net effect will be your inclusion in the ongoing dialogue that will surround this initial research and who knows what added value that will bring to your business... surely that’s worth 5 minutes of your time?

Sounds like Mary had fun at her August breakfast. Mary’s mates brought holiday related items to the breakfast and related them to their business... excellent fun.

Trudy made her attempt to become Enduroman’s 1st lady but the English weather let her down. She ran the 87 miles from London to Dover but the pond was a little choppy, so she completed the 180 miles to Paris on her bike and still the channel was unfit for swimmers, even those of Trudy’s calibre. Well done on your attempt and after a few months' hibernation in the wilds of Canada I’m sure Trudy will be back next summer, or perhaps she should try the spring, to complete her mission and take the trophy!

Enjoy today’s news and slightly tweaked format.

National Training Awards 2008Students take The Plunge in business deep end

A training programme for young people in an area of industrial decline in the North East was known as The Plunge.

So named because it threw students into the deep end of business to see whether they can sink or swim, it has earned the company behind it, The Working Knowledge Group, a place in the finals of the National Training Awards 2008.
