Homebuyers 'don't want to deal
with estate agents'
The vast majority of homebuyers do not trust
estate agents to give a fair valuation of properties, according to a new
survey.
Which? discovered that an overwhelming 94 per cent of buyers think
that estate agents deliberately overvalue homes.
In addition, the
company's survey revealed that 70 per cent of buyers believe estate agents make
up false offers in order to bump up their commission.
