Morning
This morning I was hoping that BT would be back up and running after dropping last Thursday but no ... connection for 2 minutes and then gone ... same in the office and at home ... grrrr
Where's the mini laptop ... it's downloaded too much crap from Microsoft, Dell & Vodafone so the latest version of Vodafone's software has deleted the old and can't run itself leaving me with zero connection. Vodafone suggest I talk to Dell who kept me holding for over 1 hour ... I wasn't willing to wait any longer ... comedy ...
And to top it all off, at the weekend I noticed that McaAfee took £39.99 out of my account in July with zero notification ... then just last week the software, on 2 machines, asked us to go and renew online so we deleted and went over to AVG ... surely this should be automatic if you've paid them via a stealth standing order ... watch who is dipping into your account, it's just too easy for them today to get you to sign up and you'll forget ...
On the BIG PLUS side Mark and I have been working on an online LinkedIn course for Sales and Marketing Professionals.
And we are just formulating a 2020 Social Media event which will be coming to an inbox near you very soon ... hope you'll like the twist we're giving it and you'll want more, more, more ...
Did you read PayPal are set to take $500,000,000 via mobile phones in 2010, a 300% increase on 2009. Have you got a mobile website yet? Barry is a master craftsman.
So if you want to know more about our social media events and or mobile websites give us a call on 01753 852904 and leave a message with the girls at Verbatim, unlike BT and Vodafone they don't go down ...
Me, I'm writing this in the local hostillery and so I'd better order lunch as a thank you ... and if I didn't have that meeting this afternoon I might even be tempted to enjoy a couple of jars! Best not ...
Have a great week and let's talk again soon.
Thank you.
