Vincent Charles set up catering firm Organic Buffet in 2003 to provide on-site catering for corporate and private events. The company quickly established a strong reputation but as a sole trader, Vincent often found little time to develop new customer contacts. Now, thanks to a small business review by Business Link, he has been focusing on future plans for Organic Buffet.
Organic Buffet specializes in locally produced and organic food. Registered to the foodservice and organic catering code of practice of the Soil Association, the company has achieved some outstanding results since launch, with a customer base that includes many local (and not so local) Councils, the NHS, Wildlife Trust, Thames Valley Farmers Coop and more.
