New In-Car Operating System
Announced
Microsoft are expected to launch a new in-car operating
system they have developed for US car giant Ford. The system incorporates
navigation and entertainment systems as well as an information console which
allows drivers to download music, upload and download web content, receive
email and conduct hands-free phone conversations.

A little while ago I was persuaded by one Mr Jon Davey
to go to the innovations awards held in a Reading hotel. Inevitably I was
running a little late due to the rain and traffic being as it is on days like
that. I was also a little lost - as I don't venture to Reading very often.
Anyway, the end result is that Mr Davey announced my name to all and sundry and
I then had to either fob him off or stand up in front of a camera and present
my company - I don't think I did that bad - take a look for yourself and
comments on an email or postcard are more than welcome!"
