What a great summer. I set myself a target of having 4 weeks off over the summer and I’m glad to say I achieved that target!
This gave me time away from the day to day running of the business and allowed me to reflect on what we are doing well, where we are coming up short and how we can do things better.

Business in Berkshire is a business network whose primary purpose is to help its members generate more business.
Our FRIENDS Membership from ONLY £99 + vat per year!
One way we can help members is to enable you, should you be a member, to promote your events, products and services via our newsletters. This has always been the case but we have traditionally added other business related stories for our reader’s enjoyment.
In this ever increasing mercurial world we have made the decision to streamline and focus on our members' news. This will reduce the length of Wednesday’s newsletter, but will still deliver to all our readers, valuable offers, exciting product launches and business information direct to your inbox. Enjoy!
Business in Berkshire is not just about selling, it’s also about buying. All of us need products and services to help us build our business and we select these in a variety of ways. One way could be for Business in Berkshire to send out a newsletter which contains business leads. Members let us know what they need and we collate the information into an email that goes out on a Friday. And that is exactly what we are preparing to do.
We are revising Wednesday’s format and creating a new email for Friday’s that is delivered to Members ONLY.
There are now two main levels of membership FRIENDS and SILVER, review Business in Berkshire Membership Options.
Members who help our FRIENDS will be rewarded by recognition in our Wednesday newsletter.
We all want to do business with those that have the money in the bank to pay our invoices and to that end our telemarketing team are knocking on the doors of companies who are established and therefore have more of everything, resources and needs! Their mission: to generate more business leads for our Members.
I was talking to Sharon about our new format yesterday and she came up with a fabnfunky idea; a prize for the person who connects us with the best business lead each week. So if you come across someone with a need for a product or service, that is not your core business, let us know and we’ll pass the lead on to our FRIENDS!
Enough about us... Ben has come up with a great way of making life easier for us busy businessmen and women who drive Fords or Vauxhalls, FREE collection and delivery!
